1. General Terms
Welcome to Warhorse Woodworks Unlimited. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
We specialize in handcrafted woodworking products, including Spanish cedar humidor drawers, trays, conversion kits, and custom-made products.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions as necessary. Changes will be posted on this website.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and photograph our products. However, actual colors, grain patterns, and appearances may vary due to natural wood characteristics, lighting, and screen settings.
Product availability, designs, specifications, and pricing are subject to change without notice.
3. Natural Wood Characteristics
Our products are handcrafted using natural wood, including Spanish cedar.
Variations in wood grain, color, texture, and minor dimensional changes caused by natural wood movement are normal characteristics and are not considered manufacturing defects.
Wood naturally expands and contracts in response to temperature and humidity changes. Customers should maintain appropriate environmental conditions for their products.
4. Custom Orders and Measurements
Customers ordering custom-made products are responsible for providing accurate measurements, dimensions, and specifications.
Warhorse Woodworks Unlimited is not responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements or specifications supplied by the customer.
If a product is manufactured incorrectly or does not match the agreed-upon specifications, we will correct the manufacturing error at no additional cost to the customer.
Customers should verify all measurements before approving a custom order.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellations require approval from Warhorse Woodworks Unlimited.
Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact us as soon as possible.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Warhorse Woodworks Unlimited currently sells and ships products only within the United States.
All production, processing, shipping, and delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
Because our products are handcrafted, production times may vary depending on order volume, material availability, and custom-order complexity.
Shipping carrier delays and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant delays. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Returns
Customers may request a return of standard, non-custom products within 14 days of delivery.
Returned standard products must be in good condition. Products that have been installed or tested may still qualify for return, provided they have not been damaged or excessively altered.
Customers must contact Warhorse Woodworks Unlimited to request return authorization and receive return instructions before shipping merchandise back.
Return shipping costs are determined on a case-by-case basis.
We do not charge restocking fees.
8. Custom-Made Product Returns
Products manufactured to a customer's specific measurements, designs, or customization requests are generally nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Exceptions apply when a product is defective or manufactured incorrectly by Warhorse Woodworks Unlimited, or when otherwise required by applicable law.
9. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
10. Shipping Damage
If a product arrives damaged during shipping, Warhorse Woodworks Unlimited will repair or replace the damaged product at no additional cost to the customer.
Customers should contact us promptly after discovering shipping damage and provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging when reasonably available.
11. 90-Day Limited Warranty
Warhorse Woodworks Unlimited provides a 90-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, beginning on the date of delivery.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal, intended use.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling.
- Improper installation or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Natural variations in wood grain, color, or texture.
- Normal wood movement associated with environmental changes.
For valid warranty claims, Warhorse Woodworks Unlimited will repair or replace the defective product at no additional cost to the customer.
This limited warranty does not restrict rights or remedies available under applicable law.
12. Humidor Compatibility and Installation
Our drawers, trays, and conversion products may be designed for use with electronic humidors manufactured by third parties.
Customers are responsible for confirming product compatibility, model information, and required measurements before purchasing.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Warhorse Woodworks Unlimited is an independent woodworking business and is not affiliated with or endorsed by third-party humidor manufacturers.
Customers should follow applicable installation and maintenance instructions.
13. Pricing and Payment
Product prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be disclosed during checkout.
Orders are subject to payment authorization and acceptance.
If a pricing or product listing error occurs, we may contact the customer to resolve the issue or cancel the affected order and issue any refund due.
14. Website Content and Intellectual Property
Website photographs, original designs, product descriptions, graphics, and other original content belonging to Warhorse Woodworks Unlimited may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission, except as permitted by law.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Warhorse Woodworks Unlimited is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from improper product use, installation, or maintenance.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
